Breathwork is a practice that uses conscious breathing to improve your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. Trauma Release Breathwork (TRB®) is a powerful, transformative method that helps you release deep-seated stress, trauma, and emotional blockages. Through specific breathing techniques, combined with touch, intuitive use of scent, and evocative music, you’ll be guided on a journey of inner healing and liberation.

how it works
What to expect from your journey
Intake
Once you’ve registered for your personalized 1:1 program, you’ll receive a detailed intake form. Please take your time to complete this thoroughly, as it provides valuable information for your sessions. It’s also important to note that breathwork has some contraindications. You are responsible for ensuring it’s suitable for you (I’ll provide you with more information about this)
The first breathwork session
Your initial session will include time to discuss the TRB® process and address any questions you may have. During a TRB® session, I’ll guide you through a series of breathing techniques designed to facilitate a deep connection between your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. This can sometimes lead to a trance-like state, allowing you to access and process deep-seated emotions and memories. To support your journey, each session includes tea, refreshments, and dedicated aftercare.
During the sessions
The breathwork sessions unlock the door to your subconscious, providing a safe space to release and process stored emotions and trauma. It’s a journey of deep inner exploration, where you can connect with your body and subconscious on a profound level. The session guides you into a deep meditative state, fostering a powerful connection between your mind and body. This initiates a healing process, allowing you to safely release whatever arises in a way that feels comfortable and empowering.
Post-session
Following your TRB® session, you’ll likely feel more grounded and present in your body, with a sense of deep relaxation and inner peace. The integration process unfolds naturally in the days that follow, and I’ll provide you with an aftercare form and a mini-journal to support your reflection and continued growth.
